Secure Places for Children in Ipswich is seeking a Case Manager for out-of-home care. In this full-time role you will coordinate case plans, facilitate visits and liaise with support agencies to help children in care build stability and independence.

You will travel around the Ipswich region and participate in rosters and shift patterns, including 7-day availability and 5 x 24-hour shifts per fortnight, with a focus on trauma-informed, therapeutic care.
