Maxlife Care is seeking an experienced Disability Support Team Leader to provide in office leadership across SIL houses and oversee transitions in Cameron Park, NSW. You will lead, coach and supervise support staff while ensuring safe, compliant, person-centered service delivery.
The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in disability care, strong communication, empathy and organizational skills. A NSW driver’s license is desirable for field duties.
