Melbourne Racing Club is seeking an Assistant Functions & Events Manager to lead race day and non-race day events across Caulfield, Mornington and Sandown Racecourses. You will create high-energy, guest-focused experiences while collaborating with stakeholders and guiding a events team to success.

In this role you will oversee staff, ensure RSA compliance, mentor teams to uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced entertainment setting.
