Marsh seeks a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the Recovre team in Australia. The role is based in Brisbane, Cairns or Rockhampton and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office each week.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to support protected, sustainable recovery and return to work for clients. Responsibilities include building trust with clients and stakeholders, identifying barriers to RTW, conducting vocational and ergonomic assessments, and managing casework
