This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside a high-performing sales team with an outstanding track record. The team sold an impressive $185 million worth of real estate in 2025 and has already sold 50 properties this year .

Role

Working closely with an established sales team, you will be involved across the entire sales process,



including:

- Daily prospecting and business development
- Cold calling and door knocking
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Buyer management and follow-up
- Conducting open homes and property inspections
- Facilitating and assisting with negotiations
- Database management and ongoing client follow-up
- Supporting agents throughout sales campaigns
- Developing relationships with prospective vendors
- Building your personal profile within the local market
- Generating and nurturing future business opportunities

Candidate

We are looking for someone energetic, driven and genuinely passionate about building a successful career in real estate sales.
To be considered, you will ideally have:

- A current Certificate of Registration
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence prospecting and speaking with prospective clients
- Strong presentation and professionalism
- A proactive and hardworking attitude
- The drive to achieve targets and generate new business
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress within residential sales
