Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Management Team and lead organisational-wide people management within a tourism and hospitality setting.

You will oversee daily operations across shuttle, retail, and F&B; teams, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive continuous improvement while nurturing Indigenous employment and community engagement. This role requires solid leadership and project-management skills.
