supplies and deliveries in line with organisational policies and budgets.
- Support Academy events, meetings and special activities through effective logistical planning.
- Implement workplace health and safety, emergency and contractor requirements at Academy level.
- Coordinate local inspections, drills, registers and follow-up actions.
- Maintain appropriate operational, facilities, contractor, vehicle and safety records.
- Monitor delegated operational expenditure and provide reporting to the Operations Manager.
- Identify operational risks, service issues and emerging resource requirements and escalate as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with Shared Services functions including Finance, People and Culture, IT, Risk and Compliance.
- Provide responsive operational support to the Principal and Academy team.

The Campus Manager will report formally to the Operations Manager while working closely with the Principal to ensure the Academy's operational needs are effectively supported.
