Candle Production & Packing Assistant – Boutique Candle Studio

Love candles and want to be part of a creative, growing small business? We're Ivy & Wood, a boutique candle studio based in Clontarf, and we're on the lookout for a reliable, detail-oriented Candle Production & Packing Assistant to join our friendly team.

If you're experienced in picking and packing, take pride in doing things accurately and efficiently, and you're looking for ongoing casual work in a creative small business environment - we'd love to hear from you. There's potential for a longer term permanent role for the right person.

About the role:

We hand-pour all our candles and home fragrance products in-house, and this is a hands-on, active role where you'll be on your feet and working with your hands daily. Tasks include:

- Picking and packing online and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting in candle and fragrance product manufacturing
- Preparing, labelling, and boxing products to a high quality standard
- Working to daily production and fulfilment targets
- Keeping the production space clean, organised, and running smoothly

Hours are casual - between 20 and 38 hours per week depending on order volume and production needs.



You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week to meet operational requirements.

What we're looking for:

- Experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations required
- Incredible attention to detail - to uphold our high quality product standard
- A rapid, efficient worker who takes pride in doing things properly
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No sensitivities to fragrances or essential oils
- Production or manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential - we'll provide full training
