Experienced Facialist / Skin Therapist – Melbourne CBD

MM Wellness Beauty is looking for an experienced and professional Facialist / Skin Therapist to join our growing wellness and beauty business in Melbourne CBD.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely confident with skin, understands different skin conditions, and can provide high-quality facial treatments with excellent client care.

We would love to hear from you if you have experience with:

- Skin consultations and treatment planning
- Hydration and deep-cleansing facials
- Acne, congestion and blackhead treatments
- Anti-ageing and skin rejuvenation treatments
- LED therapy
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Facial massage, lymphatic drainage or lifting techniques
- Professional skincare and homecare recommendations

What we are looking for:
- Solid knowledge of skin and professional skincare products
- Excellent hygiene and treatment standards
- Confident and professional communication with clients
- Ability to explain treatments and aftercare clearly




- Good client retention and rebooking skills
- Reliable, respectful and trustworthy
- Professional attitude with strong workplace boundaries
- Someone who takes pride in providing a high-quality experience

This position would suit someone who wants to build a long-term client base and grow with the business. Pay:Commission-based arrangement, depending on experience and skill level, with the opportunity to increase as your client base and performance grow.
