About the role The caretaker will assist with the general upkeep of the property, including general gardening and grounds maintenance, minor repairs and light building/handyman work, assisting with ongoing light building projects, keeping the property and surrounding areas tidy and well maintained, and general maintenance as required.

About you

- A retired or semi-retired builder, carpenter, tradesperson or experienced handyman

- Practical, reliable and self-motivated

- Comfortable working independently

- Experienced with general property maintenance and gardening

- Physically capable of carrying out light maintenance tasks

- Someone who takes pride in keeping a property well presented
