About the role

Rielle Building is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team in the lower north shore and Northern beaches. As a full-time leading hand carpenter, you will be responsible for organizing materials, and work for apprentices and carpenters. Along with any building and carpentry works during construction of our projects.

What you'll be doing

- Read and interpret plans and specifications to determine the required materials and construction methods for our hi detail projects.
- Assist Foreman to organize carpentry and building tasks
- also complete general carpentry work on high end projects including structural framing, installation of doors, windows, cladding, decking and other building components
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

- Formal trade qualification in Carpentry, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Carpenter in the building industry




- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
