Position Overview The Leading Hand Carpenter supervises and coordinates carpentry works on commercial construction sites, combining hands-on skills with strong leadership. This role leads a team to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- General Commercial Carpentry
- Interpret and work from construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Maintain compliance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) regulations
- Working closely with site supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements

- Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
- Own hand tools
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Current driver’s licence
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- Silica certificate
