About the role

Carwash King is seeking a dedicated Carwash Mechanic/Attendant to join our team in Glynde, SA 5070. This is a full time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Carwash Mechanic/Attendant, you will be responsible for both the mechanical upkeep of our carwash equipment and the delivery of excellent customer service.

This hands-on role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and maintaining the professional standards that Carwash King is known for.

What you'll be doing

- Operating and monitoring carwash equipment to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections on carwash machinery and associated systems
- Identifying mechanical faults and carrying out repairs or troubleshooting as required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the carwash facility and work areas
- Assisting customers and providing friendly, skilled service throughout their visit
- Reporting equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to management promptly
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a mechanic or attendant in the automotive or carwash industry
- Sound knowledge of carwash equipment operation and basic mechanical maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner




- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence is a must.
- Qualifications in automotive trades or relevant mechanical certifications are preferred
