About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Casual Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team.

This is a great opportunity for a chef with some commercial kitchen experience who is looking for flexible casual work in a professional and supportive hotel environment.

You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure a high standard of food preparation, presentation and service while maintaining a clean, secure and organised kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard

Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation

Follow recipes, food safety and hygiene standards

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen

Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods

Assist with stock rotation and general kitchen duties

Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and responsibly

About You

- We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a commercial kitchen or as a Chef/Cook.
- Has a positive and professional attitude
- Is reliable, responsible and takes pride in their work
- Can work independently as well as part of a team




- Is flexible and available to work across different shifts when required
- Has valuable time management and can remain calm under pressure
- Has a robust understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Is willing to support the team and take on different tasks as needed
