Casual Chef – Billy Barry’s, North Sydney

Billy Barry’s is a busy, sports-focused venue in the heart of North Sydney. With a strong corporate crowd and a fast-paced lunch trade, we’re looking for an experienced casual chef to join our kitchen team.

What you’ll be doing

- Preparing and cooking quality meals to a consistent standard
- Working efficiently during busy lunch services and sporting events
- Assisting with food preparation, stock management and general kitchen duties
- Maintaining high food safety,



hygiene and presentation standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service running smoothly

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen
- Someone reliable, positive and ready to get stuck in
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends as required
- Formal qualifications are preferred, but experience and attitude are equally important
