Are you a caring and reliable early childhood educator looking for flexible casual work within a welcoming and supportive team?

Burleigh Sandpiper Childcare and Services is a small, 38-place boutique centre located in the heart of beautiful Burleigh Heads. We are seeking enthusiastic Casual Educators to support our team during busy periods, cover planned and unplanned leave, and assist with on-call shifts.

About You We are looking for educators who:
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are actively working towards an approved qualification




- Are reliable, versatile and available for planned and on-call shifts
- Bring kindness, enthusiasm and positive energy to the team
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively and communicate respectfully with children, families and colleagues
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or are willing to obtain them
