We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised medical receptionist to join our team on a casual basis, with flexibility to cover staff leave and additional shifts as needed.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming patients and assisting with enquiries
- Managing appointments and answering phone calls
- Processing payments and Medicare billings
- Maintaining patient records and supporting our clinical team
We’re looking for someone with:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A skilled approach to patient confidentiality
- Previous medical reception experience preferred
- Knowledge of Best Practice and HotDoc desirable
Pay: From $32.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
