Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park is looking for casual Park Operations Team Members to join the team. Located in Doonside, Western Sydney, the park is home to an iconic collection of Australian native wildlife.

The Park Operations team is at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll welcome visitors, answer questions, help the day run smoothly and ensure every guest receives friendly, attentive service from the moment they arrive.

About the role

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, confident customer service throughout the park
- Operate admissions, ticketing, membership, retail and food & beverage points of sale
- Prepare, serve and restock food and beverage items and support retail presentation
- Keep guest areas, counters, dining spaces and displays clean, tidy and well presented
- Follow cash handling, food safety, work health and safety and incident reporting procedures

- Based at Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park, Doonside, Western Sydney
