Gippsland Physiotherapy Group is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Casual Practice Administrator to join our Bairnsdale team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and is looking for a regular casual role within a supportive healthcare team.

Applicants must be available to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Additional casual hours may also be available from time to time to assist with annual leave and staff absences.

About the Role

As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a friendly and welcoming clinic environment while supporting our physiotherapists with the day-to-day running of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming patients and providing excellent front-desk service
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing bookings
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing general administrative support to clinicians and management




- Assisting with the day-to-day organisation of the clinic

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is available to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is friendly, bubbly and confident when dealing with patients
- Is organised and has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Can work independently and use initiative
- Enjoys being part of a supportive and busy team
- Can assist with additional leave coverage when available

Previous reception or administration experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided to the right person.
