Casual Retail Assistant – Springwood Boutique

Bella Boheme | Springwood, Blue Mountains Love fashion, styling and making women feel amazing? Bella Boheme is looking for a warm, confident and fashion-loving Casual Retail Assistant to join our Springwood boutique team.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves connecting with customers, has a natural eye for style and understands that an incredible retail experience is about so much more than simply making a sale.

Weekend availability is essential for this position.

About the Role

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you'll be one of the faces of Bella Boheme in our Springwood boutique. You'll help create the warm, personal and feel-good shopping experience our customers know and love—from welcoming customers and providing styling advice to helping women find pieces they feel genuinely amazing in.

Your role will include

- Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service
- Styling customers and suggesting outfits and complementary pieces
- Building genuine relationships with our customers
- Developing solid knowledge of our collections and new arrivals
- Processing sales and operating our POS system
- Maintaining beautiful store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Replenishing stock and assisting with deliveries
- Keeping the boutique organised, welcoming and looking its best




- Working alongside the wider team to achieve store sales targets
- Bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous retail or customer service experience
- Genuinely love fashion and styling
- Are warm, confident and comfortable starting conversations with customers
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working towards sales goals and celebrating team wins
- Are proactive and don't wait to be told what needs doing
- Are reliable, organised and have a strong work ethic
- Love working as part of a close-knit team
- Are flexible with your availability

Weekend availability is essential.

Applicants must be available to regularly work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional availability during busy retail periods, public holidays and school holidays highly regarded.
