About the Role Wynnum Manly Leagues Club and Fielders Club are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Casual Catering, Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our hospitality teams. You will help create a warm, engaging atmosphere while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service across our catering, bar and gaming areas
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Monitor and resolve minor gaming machine issues and escalate faults where required
- Ensure all RSA, RSG and Liquor Licensing obligations are met
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience at all times
- Support Keno operations and customer enquiries
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented environment
About You
You will demonstrate
- A strong understanding of RSA and RSG requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, TAB or Keno (desirable)
- A customer-first attitude and collaborative team approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA and RSG certification
- A practical, solution-focused approach when handling gaming floor issues
