TAKE CHARGE OF THE ENGINE BEHIND OUR CLUBS

Crunch clubs are packed with energy. Behind every great join, smooth payment and easy member experience is a membership operating system that simply works.

As our Membership Systems and Operations Lead, you will take ownership of that engine across nine NSW clubs. You will see opportunities, build stronger workflows and keep daily operations moving smoothly so our Sales and Operations teams can focus on membership growth and helping people feel good.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow. You will work with our senior Sales and Operations leaders and closely with the CEO from our Sydney Head Office.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

- Own and continually improve our membership operating system from frontline sales through to backend administration.
- Create simple, reliable processes that support membership sales, billing, collections and account management.
- Partner with club teams to make the system easy to use, strengthen sales integrity and build consistent ways of working.
- Guide backend member support, including escalated account matters, data integrity and secure handling of member information.
- Coordinate the technology and services that enable our clubs, including software, the Member App, club hardware and access systems.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Two to three years of experience in membership operations, systems support, billing, customer operations or a multi-site business will be an advantage.
- You learn new systems quickly and enjoy understanding how each step connects.
- You are a hands-on processor and finisher who is accurate, organised and strong on follow-through.
- You are comfortable using Excel, reports and data to check quality and guide improvements.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy helping teams build confidence with systems and processes.
