About the Role
We are looking for a Full-time Site Supervisor to lead and support cleaning operations at All Saints Anglican School.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality services in line with Quayclean’s safety, quality and customer standards.
You will oversee cleaning staff and Team Leaders, coordinate rostering and timesheets in line with budget requirements, support training and development, and work closely with Quayclean management and the client to achieve contractual outcomes and KPIs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting Team Leaders and cleaning staff, including allocating and coordinating daily duties
- Taking hands-on responsibility for day-to-day cleaning operations, periodic works and service delivery
- Managing rostering, timesheets and resources in line with operational budgets
- Monitoring attendance, team performance and completion of scheduled tasks
- Conducting regular quality inspections and addressing any areas that do not meet required standards
- Conducting regular toolbox talks and reinforcing safety, PPE and hygiene requirements
- Providing on-the-job coaching and training to new and existing team members
- Managing cleaning equipment, consumables and stock levels to support service continuity
- Ensuring equipment is appropriately maintained and incidents are reported through QuaySafe
- Maintaining solid relationships and communication with the client, site representatives and Quayclean management
- Completing required quality and safety audits, reports, checklists and operational documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Cleaning experience preferred, with supervisory or team leadership experience highly regarded
- Confidence leading, motivating and supporting a cleaning team
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on approach to day-to-day operations
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to coordinate operational priorities
- A commitment to safety, quality and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider Quayclean team
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check
