Freelance Site Manager – Facade Remediation Project

Location: Brighton , East Sussex
Rate: £280–£300 per day CIS
Duration: Ongoing, with the potential to become atemp-to-perm position for the right candidate
Start: ASAP / (Start Date)

We are currently recruiting for an experiencedFreelance Site Manager to work asNo.2 to the Project Manager on a majorfacade remediation project .

You will take ownership of thefacade package , overseeing the day-to-day delivery, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

The Role

- Manage and oversee the facade remediation package from site.
- Work closely with the Project Manager as the No.2 on the project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.
- Monitor programme, quality and H&S; compliance.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with the wider project team.




- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the client team.

Requirements

Applicantsmust have:

- A relevantdegree qualification .
- ValidSMSTS .
- ValidCSCS card.
- ValidFirst Aid qualification.
- Previous experience working forTier 1 contractors .
- Proven experience managingfacade/remediation packages .
- Astable career history with no excessive movement between employers.
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Package

£280–£300 per day CIS , depending on experience and suitability.
