You’re a confident, values-led leader who:

- Holds an Early Childhood qualification (or ACECQA approved)




- Has experience leading within an early learning setting
- Builds solid, respectful relationships with ease
- Understands the NQF and drives quality practice
- Leads with warmth, accountability and purpose

You will understand your responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and be able to demonstrate safe, ethical and qualified behaviour at all times, including maintaining professional boundaries, actively supervising children, identifying and responding to risks and reporting concerns in line with legislative requirement.
