RACWA is seeking a team-oriented Team Manager to support leadership continuity across Joondalup and West Perth Contact Centres. You will shadow current Team Managers, lead through coaching, and help teams deliver high-quality sales and service experiences to RAC members.
The role offers flexibility and opportunities to transition to a permanent leadership position as roles become available, with start date in October 2026 and 37.5 hours per week.
