EVT Limited’s Harper Rooftop Bar in Sydney is seeking a Bar Manager to lead and develop the bartending and floor service teams, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and driving revenue. You will manage the venue P&L;, labour costs, inventory, and beverage margins, reporting to the Venues Manager and Director of Restaurants & Bars.

The role demands hands-on leadership, solid communication, and a proactive approach to safety, compliance, and guest engagement during peak periods.
