Neurode Labs in Australia seeks a hands-on operations lead to own the full physical lifecycle of our devices, from factory to end user and back. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipping, and serve as the primary contact for users, ensuring timely, explicit, and solutions-driven support.
You will oversee manufacturing partnerships (primarily in China), negotiate contracts, travel with the CTO roughly quarterly, and drive cost, speed, and quality improvements while staying highly organized.
