The Role

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the entire housekeeping department, ensuring flawless presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, uphold 5‑star service standards, and collaborate closely with hotel leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing housekeeping team
- Ensure consistent delivery of luxury cleaning standards
- Manage linen, amenities, equipment, and supplier relationships
- Conduct inspections and implement continuous improvement
- Oversee rosters, training, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure every guest enjoys a flawless, luxurious stay




- Maintain WHS, chemical handling, and Fair Work compliance

About You

You are a polished hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and a talent for leading large teams. You bring:

- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 4–5 star hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to presentation standardsi
- Confidence managing budgets, suppliers, and operational KPIs
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
