Job Description

Estia Health is seeking an experienced home leader to head a care home, overseeing clinical and operational performance while fostering a warm, supportive setting for residents, families and staff.

You will report to the Regional Manager, drive quality care, manage budgets, safety, and people. A background in aged or medical care and proven leadership are essential for this rewarding, high-impact role.
