Iluka Resources is seeking a permanent site-based operator at Narngulu, Geraldton, to operate mobile and fixed plant equipment, manage reagents, and perform site grounds maintenance with a solid safety focus. The role includes assisting with tailings dewatering and related duties within a dynamic mining site.

The position offers a Monday‑to‑Friday roster, opportunities for training and development, and requires a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
