About the role…

Reporting into the National Field Sales Manager, you will work with Pharmacists,



Naturopaths and Category Buyers to promote our products. This will include establishing and managing new and existing stakeholder relationships, presenting product information and using sales experience to achieve revenue targets. A unique opportunity is available to join the Caruso’s Natural Health Field Team.

What you will do….

- Represent the Caruso’s Natural Health business and story, promoting all ranges and lines when out in field
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Implement effective sales strategies that support the customer needs and business objectives
- Effectively manage contact and call cycles with all accounts within the region
- Grow brand depth and distribution by maximising orders and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Detail and promote marketing campaigns and opportunities
- Merchandise in store according to planogram and Shelf Management System to maximize brand awareness
- Maintenance and utilisation of company sales tools to assist in achieving sales
- Deliver a high level of education and training to retail partners to assist them in promoting and recommending Caruso’s brand in-store




- To identify all key players within the region for partnership and growth

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have 4–5 years’ experience in a similar role in Pharmacy Sales or relevant experience within a comparable business, ideally within the Pharmacy or Health Food channel
- Be self-reliant and driven, working independently day-to-day while actively collaborating with a large, high-performing field team and your direct manager
- Demonstrate proven experience in developing and managing strong customer relationships
- Show a genuine interest in implementing effective sales strategies that support both customer needs and business outcomes
- Ideally have a background in Naturopathy or a robust interest in complementary medicine and natural health products
- Be adept in the use of CRM systems (Salesforce), ordering systems, and Microsoft Office
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong focus on goal achievement
- Have the ability to travel for remote regional trips on a monthly basis, as required
