The Role

TheAnalyst -Network Planning,playsa key role insupportingmajorcommercial andinfrastructure investment decisions across our Storage & Handling network, helping deliver CBH's 2033 Strategy and significant long-term capital investment program.

Combining commercial analysis, financial modelling,strategicthinkingand stakeholder engagement,you'llidentifyand evaluate high-valuecommercial/investment opportunities, develop business cases and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

- Conductcommercial,strategicand operational analysis to support commercial and investment decisions.
- Assist with network planning and investment prioritisation to support delivery of the Group's strategic objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions to progress key business initiatives.
- Develop and review financial and supply chain models to support investment decisions.
- Manage smaller projects and support larger initiatives, including facilitating cross-functional workshops.
- Assist in the development ofhigh-quality reports, including business cases, presentations and recommendations for senior management and Board consideration.
- Identify value creation, efficiency and cost-saving opportunities across the network.

About You:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Law or similar.
- Proven experience in corporate strategy & planning, consulting, infrastructure advisory,



investment banking or a related commercial environment.
- A proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify practical solutions and drive work forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil information into clear outputs.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across a range of disciplines and levels of seniority.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial analysis, project evaluation, financial modelling and business case development.
- Agricultural or bulk commodities industry or supply chain knowledge is desirable.
