Job Role of the Engineering Team Leader

An Excellent opportunity has become available for a experienced and qualified Engineering Team Leaderto work for a growingFMCG Manufacturing company. The Engineering Team Leaderwill be involved in managing a team of 2engineers onwhilst also be involved in the hands on maintenance and running of machinery. The Engineering Team Leaderwill be working in a automated factory with lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills. This is a Hands on role and you will be involved in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

- Engineering Qualification
- Experience in a Leadership or Supervisory role




- Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements

- Experience in managing a team of engineers
- Recognised engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing workplace.
- Good with Training and development

Desirable Requirements

- Experience working as Maintenance Team Leader in the UK.
