Gold Coast | Up to $95K + super | 40% additionals | 50/50 hybrid

This role offers something many Body Corporate Managers are missing: the flexibility to work from home for half the week, the opportunity to earn more from additional work and the support to manage your portfolio properly.

Alongside a salary of up to $95K plus super, you’ll receive 40% of the additional service fees generated across your portfolio. This typically adds around $30K to annual earnings, with the potential to earn more depending on portfolio activity.

You’ll take over an established Gold Coast portfolio with support from a shared Assistant Body Corporate Manager, established systems and experienced internal teams.

It’s also a role you can grow beyond, with structured training and explicit pathways into more senior positions across the wider business.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing the day-to-day requirements of your portfolio
- Building strong relationships with committees and owners
- Chairing AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Providing practical advice around legislation and governance
- Preparing budgets and explaining financial matters clearly




- Coordinating maintenance and resolving scheme issues
- Keeping communication, records and workflows organised

About you

You’ll need previous experience managing a body corporate or strata portfolio and a sound understanding of Queensland legislation.

You’ll also be comfortable chairing meetings, advising committees and handling difficult matters when they arise. Strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to stay on top of competing priorities will be important.
