Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) Unit is part of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education and Students portfolio and was formed in 2021 to enable the alignment of a range of learner acquisition, administration and assurance activities which are critical to the success of the UTS 2027 Strategy and in supporting the UTS Vision.

The LLE Unit consists of three (3) functions:

- Future Learners – approx. 100 FTE
- Current Learners – approx. 100 FTE
- Operations – approx. 25 FTE (excludes casuals)

The Future Learners Team is recruiting for a Pathway Development Coordinator.

About the role:

The Pathway Development Coordinator works closely with the Manager, International Pathway Programs to develop and manage pathway programs and drive international student recruitment to UTS through the designed pathways. The role is critical for UTS to grow its business development capability and to stay competitive in the international articulation market and for the team to deliver high-standard support, engagement, development and communication required for UTS to benefit suitably from the opportunities. The Pathway Development Coordinator identifies pathway opportunities, designs and implements engagement plans,



manages pathway students’ life cycle and provides advice on planning of international visit schedules and visit protocols. If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying emerging trends and pathway opportunities in market relating to pathway programs including models, recruitment potential, risks, and competitor analysis.
- Providing expert advice to Student Advisors on complex admissions cases and challenging enquiries to support the exceptional student experience.
- Coordinating with internal university units and partner universities to ensure the smooth enrolment process and accurate application of RPL.
- Providing feasibility reports for the pathway opportunities with recommendations to internal stakeholders such as the Manager, faculties and the senior management.
- Designing, delivering and evaluating the engagement programs/activities for partner universities and facilitating agents to ensure best partner experience and the effectiveness of the program.
- Supervising the coordination of appropriate schedules and visits to Pathway Partners for UTS stakeholders and vice versa.
- Conducting overseas travel for promotion of pathway programs and recruitment of pathway students.

This role may occasionally require working outside standard hours (9am–5pm) to accommodate time zone differences with overseas stakeholders.

Remuneration/Salary and Benefit:





Base Salary Range: $105,814 to $117,057 pa (HEW 7)

This is a full-time, continuing position that supports a hybrid working arrangement.
