The Prospect:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of K&S; Fuels' expanding retail network across South Australia.

The Retail Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the performance of K&S; Fuels' retail network by ensuring consistent operational standards, exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes across all locations.

You will:

- Manage daily performance of fuel stations and retail sites across South Australia.
- Ensure high-quality presentation, customer service, and precise stock management.
- Coach and develop frontline staff to foster high performance and accountability.
- Uphold strict food handling, safety, risk management, and fuel industry regulations.
- Control fuel and retail stock to minimise wastage, losses, and maintain correct levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve site efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Lead in bringing the standard up across multiple sites for greater consistency and predictability for the division.

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within retail, hospitality, transport & logistics or fuel.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in multi-site retail management, ideally within the fuel, convenience, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
- Strong ability to lead, coach,



and motivate multi-disciplinary, remote frontline teams towards shared company objectives.
- Sharp organisational skills to effectively prioritise workloads, manage site assets, and coordinate regional resources.
- Sound understanding of financial performance, retail inventory control, and strategies to improve profitability and reduce stock loss.
- Familiarity with modern retail health and safety (WHS), food handling compliance, and petroleum/fuel industry legislative frameworks.
- High-level interpersonal skills with a proven capability to handle complex customer requirements and professional internal stakeholder management.
