About the role

As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of owners corporations, providing expert advice, and ensuring the smooth operation of strata communities. You'll work closely with committees, owners, contractors, and key stakeholders to deliver outstanding service and practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Owners Corporations from onboarding through to ongoing management.

Prepare and facilitate Annual General Meetings.

Provide guidance on legislative compliance, governance, and operational matters.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and major works projects.

Manage budgets, financial reporting,



and contractor performance in collaboration with support teams.

Build strong relationships with committees, owners, and service providers.

Ensure timely responses to client enquiries and proactive issue resolution.

About you

Previous experience in strata management.

Robust knowledge of Owners Corporation legislation and industry practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Exceptional organisation and time-management abilities.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
