What We Are Looking For:
Culinary Expertise: Solid hands-on commercial kitchen experience, with a strong background in short-order cooking, Breakfast/lunch service, or contemporary café menus.
Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends, as Saturday and Sunday are our core trading peaks.
Consistency & Quality: Ability to maintain high standards of presentation, food safety, and efficiency under pressure. Team Player: A positive,
proactive attitude who works seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
