Up to 12-months contract in Brisbane CBD Your new company An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Change & Communications Lead to join a large-scale transformation program within a complex organisational environment. This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of a new operating model and driving the people side of change across a significant business transformation initiative.

Working closely with program leaders, business stakeholders and project teams, you will develop and deliver change and communication strategies that build engagement, support workforce readiness and help ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Your new role

Reporting into the transformation program, you will:

- Develop and implement end-to-end change and communication strategies aligned to program objectives.
- Assess change impacts, risks and organisational readiness to support successful implementation.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and stakeholders on change leadership and engagement approaches.
- Coordinate change activities across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and consistency.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement initiatives that build awareness, understanding and commitment.
- Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and support decision-making.
- Work collaboratively within a matrix environment, influencing stakeholders across business and technical teams.




- Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable change practices across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience leading organisational change and communication initiatives within large, complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks and best practice techniques.
- Experience developing stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- A track record of partnering with senior leaders to support transformation outcomes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Highly regarded:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, communications, human resources, organisational development or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications in leadership, management or change-related fields.
