We looking for reliable people to join our team here at Bombasted .

This role will be responsible of cooking chicken on charcoal. Full training will be provided on the job .

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate the charcoal pit safely and efficiently
- Cook charcoal chicken to Bombasted quality standards
- Portion and prepare chicken for service
- Maintain high food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Keep the charcoal station and surrounding work areas clean and organised
- Support smooth service flow during busy periods
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a great guest experience the EJ Way

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first mindset with respectful communication
- Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
- Previous rapid food or kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.
