Adelaide’s Finest Supermarket is more than a supermarket, we are passionate about creating an exceptional food experience for our customers. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to join our hospitality team and contribute to the quality, creativity and innovation that Adelaide’s Finest is known for.

Working as part of our broader kitchen and hospitality operation, you’ll prepare and produce high-quality food across a range of offerings, while supporting new ideas, seasonal products, promotions and special events.

About the role

This is a hands-on position suited to a qualified Chef who enjoys being part of a busy, quality-focused environment and takes pride in what they produce.

You will

- Prepare, cook and present high-quality food consistently and efficiently.
- Support daily food production across our kitchen and hospitality offerings.
- Bring creativity and fresh ideas to menus, products and seasonal ranges.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, presentation and quality.
- Work collaboratively with our Chefs and broader hospitality team.
- Assist with promotional activities, catalogue launches, functions and special events.
- Minimise waste and support efficient use of ingredients, stock and resources.
- Contribute to a positive, organised and high-performing kitchen environment.




- Be flexible and willing to work across different hospitality offerings as business needs require.

About you

- Is a qualified Chef with relevant commercial kitchen experience.
- Has a genuine passion for food, quality and presentation.
- Is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Brings a positive, team-focused approach to work.
- Understands the importance of food safety and kitchen compliance.
- Has an eye for quality and enjoys contributing ideas and trying recent things.
- Is flexible with availability, including weekdays and weekends.
- Takes pride in creating food that customers genuinely want to come back for.
