Experienced Chef

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our well-established kitchen team. This role is suited to a confident, hands-on chef who can work across multiple sections in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong produce knowledge, sound culinary skills, confidence with kitchen equipment, and the ability to perform under pressure as part of a collaborative team.

About You

· Confident in all sections of the kitchen

· Able to maintain consistent food quality and presentation

· Transparent communicator with a growth mindset and willingness to keep learning

· Trade qualification or equivalent experience

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or environment

· Available to work weekends and nights

Responsibilities

· Follow food handling procedures, including temperature and hygiene controls

· Monitor the quality of raw and cooked food products

· Apply food safety guidelines across daily kitchen operations





· Maintain consistent preparation, presentation, and service standards

· Manage high-volume production efficiently and professionally
