Gregory Hills

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast, lunch and café-style dishes

- Complete food preparation, including chopping, portioning, marinating and plating

- Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation

- Prepare ingredients and organise the kitchen for daily service

- Manage food storage and ensure proper food rotation

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety

- Work efficiently during busy service periods

- Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38.0 per week
