WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Tokyo Doll is looking for an experienced Chef / Cook to join our dynamic team in a full-time position.
We are seeking someone who is experienced, passionate, driven and who can lead a team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Designing menus, calculating food, and procuring food supplies
· Supervising dish quality throughout preparation and presentation
· Consulting with kitchen staff and servers about food preparation matters
· Demonstrating methods and providing guidance on cooking techniques
· Preparing and cooking meals
· Educating on and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
WHAT YOU NEED:
· Trade certificate in Commercial Cookery (preferably Certificate IV in Kitchen Management) is mandatory and a Diploma in Hospitality Management is highly desirable.
· A minimum of 2-3 years managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurant
· Valuable communication skills
· Outstanding customer relations
Full-time and permanent position
Salary Expectation: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
