As the leader of our weekend culinary team, you will ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals served in a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. Exceptional dining is one of life's simple pleasures and a daily highlight for many of our residents. We aim to recruit individuals with the right mindset—those who bring enthusiasm, personality, genuine care for others, and a passion for teamwork.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing & presenting food
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Support bulk cooking operations
- Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
- Budget control, working independently

Roster:

6:00 am -2:20 pm Saturday & Sunday

Skills And Experiences

About You

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Experience in bulk cooking or high-volume food preparation
- Previous aged care or healthcare catering experience (desirable)
- Strong time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented with transparent communication skills
