The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic chef/cook who is looking for Full-Time employment opportunity on a Monday - Friday position. Join and be part of an expanding team at Wyong hospital café in Hamlyn terrace. Grow with us!

• Delivering high-quality food for the site whilst following food safety standards, policies and procedures

• Efficient service delivery, which anticipates and accommodates client needs

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the team and stakeholders

• Ensuring consistent food presentation standards are maintained

• Menu development that incorporates nutrition and healthy eating

- Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices

• Stock control, including ordering,



receiving & stock taking
- Overseeing the team on site

About You:

- A passion for great food, beverage and service!

• Thorough understanding of OH&S; and Food Safety practices

• Strong leadership skills where you thrive on leading by example

- A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
- Proven background of event planning and operations
- Proven ability of training and development of teams

• Ability to multitask and work in a rapid paced, agile work environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
