About the role

This is a hands-on role in a busy chicken shop, mainly afternoon shifts.

Key responsibilities

- Taking customer orders confidently and accurately
- Preparing burgers, wraps, chicken, chips and other food orders
- Packing and handing orders to customers
- Providing fast and friendly customer service
- Keeping your work area clean and organised

About you

- Has a clear, loud and confident voice
- Naturally friendly, bubbly and outgoing
- Quick and comfortable working under pressure
- Good attitude and willing to help wherever needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous takeaway, rapid-food or hospitality experience

If you’re very quiet or uncomfortable talking to customers, this position isn’t for you.
