Cambrai Early Learning Centre in Engadine, NSW is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Childcare Trainee. This is a full-time role that will provide you with the opportunity to kickstart your career in the dynamic and rewarding field of early childhood education.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate educational activities for children
- Provide high-quality care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
- Collaborate with the wider team to maintain a clean, organised and stimulating learning environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues




- Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to undertake formal training to obtain your Childcare qualification
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
