Children's Services Coordinator

- $93k to $101k per annum (Full Time) or $47.09 to $51.28 per hour

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Services Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality early years services across Council's Children's Services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Children's Services programs.
- Lead, support and develop staff across multiple service areas.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and quality standards.
- Manage workforce planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, educators and stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous service improvement.
- Support child-protected, inclusive and high-quality learning environments.

About You





- Relevant qualifications and experience in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to delivering positive outcomes for children, families and the community.
